Shop HampersOrders received before 4pm Monday – Friday are prepared and despatched from simplyhampers.co.uk headquarters in Darlington, to reach the recipient the next business day (excluding bank holidays).
Please note: Orders for hampers containing cheese, which are placed before 4pm on a Friday, will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Unfortunately, we do not delivery our hampers to international addresses. We deliver our hampers to UK Mainland addresses only.
We ask you to check the contents of your hamper immediately and in the unlikely event the contents are incomplete or damaged contact us at [email protected]. Please ensure you include your order number and a photo image of the damaged items.
Please email us at [email protected] stating your order number. Alternatively, check the tracking email you will have received from our Courier and that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your hamper.
Our couriers have been instructed to attempt to deliver the hamper to a neighbour or leave it in a safe place, where it is appropriate and safe to do so. If not, then delivery will be reattempted. Whatever happens, you or your recipient will receive a notification to let them know that they have missed a parcel and advise on the next steps.
Yes. You can pay for your hamper immediately and at checkout you can select any delivery date you require, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.
During the checkout process a box will appear where you can add your desired gift message. Please be aware that we will print what is added during this process and it is not Simply Hampers responsibility for misspelling / inappropriate wording.
The message is printed on a separate message card that is inserted inside the hamper.
Periodically we offer discounts on the website for bulk orders to one business address. Such offers will be displayed on the website as and when they become available. For further details email us at [email protected].

Your order confirmation email is usually sufficient for tax purposes. However, if you require a VAT receipt this is available for you to request from us once your order has been delivered.

If you contact us immediately (maximum 30 minutes of placing the order) then we may be able to help. However, we are pick and packing our hampers all day and obviously once they are despatched at the end of each business day then it’s too late sorry!
We will do our best to cancel the order, however, if it has already been passed to the warehouse which is usually within 30 minutes of the order being placed, then it can only be returned once delivered, through our returns procedure. Please be aware that any hampers including perishable items may not be collected after delivery.
If you are not happy with the product you have ordered and would like to return it, you can do so within 14 days of the delivery, either for a refund or replacement, providing the hamper is unopened and in it’s original condition. If the hamper contains bespoke items of fresh products like cheese, cream, scones etc., unfortunately this cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to our hampers. All items are carefully selected and packed to prevent movement in the hamper during delivery, which helps to ensure the hamper is in perfect condition upon arrival.

From time to time, due to unforeseen stock issues we may have to substitute some of our items for items of similar quality and value. This process is carefully considered and the items will always be of the same, if not higher value than the original.
