Orders received before 4pm Monday – Friday are prepared and despatched from simplyhampers.co.uk headquarters in Darlington, to reach the recipient the next business day (excluding bank holidays).
Please note: Orders for hampers containing cheese, which are placed before 4pm on a Friday, will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Should you wish to receive your hamper on a Saturday, you can choose the Saturday Delivery option at checkout for an additional fee as detailed below.
Unfortunately, we do not delivery our hampers to international addresses. We deliver our hampers to UK Mainland addresses only. For deliveries to Highlands and Channel Islands additional charges will apply and please allow 48-hours for delivery to these areas.

£5.99 for delivery of one to five hampers to one UK mainland address Monday-Friday.
£9.99 for delivery of six to fifteen hampers to one UK mainland address Monday-Friday.
£15.99 for delivery of sixteen to twenty five hampers to one UK mainland address Monday-Friday.

£9.99 for delivery of one to five hampers to one UK mainland address on a Saturday.
£13.99 for delivery of six to fifteen hampers to one UK mainland address on a Saturday.
£17.99 for delivery of sixteen to twenty five hampers to one UK mainland address on a Saturday.
